Exchanges are available only for manufacturer defects on the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A replacement will be sent, pending stock availability. If there is no item available for exchange, we’ll issue a refund. Orders are only eligible for exchange 14-days from the delivery confirmation of your order shipment.

Due to the nature of short-run production, returns can only be accepted under the following terms.

  • The only reason a return can be accepted is due to a manufacturer defect.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Contact us prior to sending your return.
  • Returns are only valid for 14-days after delivery confirmation of your order.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. It may take several days to see the refund on your bank statement, as each bank has different processing times.
